Captiva Cooler

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Florida Grapefruit Juice, fresh
  • 4 Cucumber, slices
  • Rosemary, sprig
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • Salt, for rim
  • ½ oz Campari
  • ½ oz Tequila, silver

Garnish

  • Cucumber slice
  • Rosemary sprig

Preparation

Captiva Cooler

1. In mixing glass, muddle cucumber and rosemary. Add remaining ingredients. Add ice, shake and strain into salt-rimmed margarita glass over fresh ice. Garnish with cucumber slice and rosemary sprig.
