Captiva Cooler
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Florida Grapefruit Juice, fresh
- 4 Cucumber, slices
- Rosemary, sprig
- ½ oz Lime juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- Salt, for rim
- ½ oz Campari
- ½ oz Tequila, silver
Garnish
- Cucumber slice
- Rosemary sprig
Preparation
Captiva Cooler
1. In mixing glass, muddle cucumber and rosemary. Add remaining ingredients. Add ice, shake and strain into salt-rimmed margarita glass over fresh ice. Garnish with cucumber slice and rosemary sprig.
