- ½ Florida Grapefruit, chopped
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup coconut chips
- 1 tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp. white chocolate bark, chopped
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
Fill a small Mason jar with alternating layers of chopped Florida Grapefruit and vanilla Greek yogurt.
Add your favorite toppings, such as coconut chips, sliced almonds, white chocolate or maple syrup.
Seal with the lid for a portable snack or quick breakfast.
