- 3 Florida Grapefruit, segments
- 1 oz. Lot. 40 rye (substitute any high rye based whiskey)
- 1/4 oz. agave syrup Florida Grapefruit peel
- 3 oz. hot water
- 1 cinnamon stick
Warm a brandy snifter by filling it halfway with hot water.
Place Florida Grapefruit segments in mixing tin & muddle lightly.
Add agave and whiskey 4. Strain into snifter and add hot water.
Add cinnamon stick and Florida Grapefruit peel.
Combine all ingredients in a steaming jug or mixing tin and steam with a wand from espresso machine. This extracts more flavor from the cinnamon and grapefruit.
