Chilled Orange Avocado Soup


  • 1 cup Florida Orange Juice
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 (13.5 oz.) can unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish


Chilled Orange Avocado Soup

1. Place avocado, coconut milk, Florida Orange Juice, yogurt, ginger, lime juice, salt and pepper into a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. If mixture is too thick, add a bit more Florida Orange Juice or water.

2. Serve garnished with cilantro and red onion.
