Ingredients
- ½ cup Florida Orange Juice
- ¼ cup Florida Grapefruit Juice
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1 serrano chile, stemmed and sliced
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp. cracked coriander seeds, optional
Preparation
Citrus Japanese Ponzu Sauce
1. Combine all the ingredients together and let flavors marry for at least 1 hour before using. Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
