- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup 2% milk or soy milk
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1 tsp. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp. honey or 100% maple syrup
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
1. Prepare oats with milk according to directions on package.
2. Stir in apple pieces and top with walnuts, coconut, honey and cinnamon.
