- ¼ cup Florida Grapefruit Juice
- ½ tsp. Florida Orange zest
- 1 block quince paste
- 3 each farmers’ market cheeses
1. In a small pot, melt the quince paste over low heat. Add the Florida Orange zest and Florida Grapefruit Juice and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. Pour mixture into a 2-inch ⅙ pan and allow to fully cool in the refrigerator.
2. Arrange 3 different varieties of cheese on a plate. Slice the Citrus Quince paste and serve.
