- 8 ounces Florida Orange Juice
- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 3 medium green peppers, seeds removed
- 2 red bell peppers, seeds removed
- 4 large tomatoes
- 20 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves
- 1 bunch parsley leaves
Combine all ingredients in food processor and purée until blended.
Use sofrito to simmer fish, chicken or pork; cook meat to desired doneness. Refrigerate remaining sofrito.
