Frozen Greek Yogurt with Citrus Fruit Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Florida Orange Juice
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup burgundy wine
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek frozen yogurt
  • ¼ cup ground pistachios

Preparation

Frozen Greek Yogurt with Citrus Fruit Topping

1. Combine the Florida Orange Juice, raspberries, wine and sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes and allow to cool completely.

2. Divide the frozen yogurt equally into 4 bowls.

3. Spoon the Citrus Fruit Topping mixture over the yogurt and sprinkle the pistachios on top.
