Our Orange Honey Glazed Carrots are a simple side dish that’s perfect for any meal. Adding the great taste of Florida OJ to this dish will have your little ones eating all of their vegetables at dinner. Florida Orange Juice, combined with the carrots, provides you and your family with key vitamins and minerals, like vitamin C and potassium.


  • ¼ cup Florida Orange Juice
  • 2 cups sliced carrots (around ¾ lb.)
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. ground ginger
  • Fresh parsley and chives for garnish

1. Steam carrots until tender.

2. In a saucepan, whisk together Florida Orange Juice, salt, ginger, cornstarch and honey.
3. Cover over medium heat, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens.
4. Pour sauce over steamed carrots. Serve topped with chives and parsley.
