Ingredients
- 1 cup Florida Orange Juice
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 (13.5 oz.) can unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place avocado, coconut milk, Florida Orange Juice, yogurt, ginger, lime juice, salt and pepper into a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. If mixture is too thick, add a bit more Florida Orange Juice or water.
- Serve garnished with cilantro and red onion.
