Ingredients

Orange Layer

  • 2½ cups Florida Orange Juice
  • ⅓ cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Creamsicle Layer

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Florida Orange Juice
  • ½ tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 2½ tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Make the orange layer: In a blender or with an immersion blender, combine orange juice, granulated sugar, and orange zest. Blend until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Pour the orange mixture into a bowl or pitcher and set aside.
  2. Make the creamsicle layer: Rinse the blender, or in a separate bowl with an immersion blender. Add Greek yogurt, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds. Pour the creamsicle mixture into a separate bowl or pitcher for easier pouring if needed.
  3. Pour the creamsicle layer into the bottom of each popsicle mold, filling about ⅓ of the way full.
  4. Add a layer of the orange mixture, filling the remainder of the mold. Make sure to leave about ⅛-inch of space at the top for expansion during freezing for easy removal.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze until completely solid, at least 4 hours or preferably overnight, to ensure they are completely frozen.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10-15 seconds, then gently pull them out.
