Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Florida Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Florida Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 serrano chile, stemmed and sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon cracked coriander seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients together and let flavors marry for at least 1 hour before using. Refrigerate remaining sauce.
