Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Florida Orange Juice
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 medium green peppers, seeds removed
  • 2 red bell peppers, seeds removed
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 20 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves
  • 1 bunch parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended.
  2. Use sofrito to simmer fish, chicken or pork. Refrigerate remaining sofrito.
