Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Florida Orange Juice
  • 8 oz. shiro or white miso
  • 2 oz. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Taste and add more Florida Orange Juice if desired.

Serving suggestions:

  • Use Florida Orange Miso as a vinaigrette salad dressing for tossed greens or coleslaw mix.
  • Brush Florida Orange Miso on chicken, fish, beef or vegetables before roasting or grilling and baste during cooking to create glaze.
