Ingredients
- ¼ cup Florida Grapefruit Juice
- 1 seedless watermelon, chilled and cut into 1 ½-inch chunks
- 2 Florida Grapefruit, chilled and sectioned
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
- 4 oz. crumbled feta for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.
- Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes to blend all the flavors.
- Divide the salad among serving plates and top with crumbled feta.
