Ingredients

Orange Cold Foam:

  • ½ cup heavy cream, cold
  • ¼ cup Florida Orange Juice, cold
  • 2-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup (use 3 tablespoons for a sweeter, creamsicle-style foam)
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Orange Cold Brew:

  • 12 ounces (1½ cups) cold brew coffee
  • ½ cup Florida Orange Juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, orange juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a tall jar or frothing pitcher. Froth with a handheld milk frother until thick, glossy, and just past the soft mound stage. It should be almost the texture of whipped cream, but still loose enough to pour; around 20-30 seconds.
  2. Stir the cold brew and orange juice. Fill two glasses with ice and divide the cold brew mixture between them.
  3. Slowly pour the orange cold foam over the cold brew in each glass to create a two-tone layer.
  4. Finish each glass with a fine dusting of fresh orange zest. Serve immediately.
