Refresh with a grapefruit mint smoothie, combining Greek yogurt, fresh mint, and grapefruit juice for a healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pink Florida Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar, honey or sweetener, optional
  • Fresh mint sprig, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Add agave or other sweetener and garnish with fresh mint sprig, if desired.
