- 1 cup steel cut oats
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Add oats, sugar, vanilla, milk, water, and blueberries to the slow cooker. Gently stir ingredients to combine.
- Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
- After cooking, stir oatmeal well to combine ingredients.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle on top of each serving.
