Ingredients
- 1 cup Florida Orange Juice, chilled
- 1 Persian or ½ small English cucumber (about 4–5 inches long)
- Ice cubes
- ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger root
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (or Florida Grapefruit Juice, chilled)
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice (optional)
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 cup chilled lime sparkling water (or plain sparkling water)
- 2 wedges of Florida Orange
- 2 wedges of Florida Pink Grapefruit
- 6 fresh mint or thyme sprigs
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber into ribbons using a vegetable peeler. Inside two large stemmed glasses (at least 1½-cup capacity each), curl desired amount of cucumber ribbons.
- Add the grated ginger, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice (if using), apple cider vinegar, and agave to a cocktail shaker or 4-cup measuring cup. Shake or stir well until combined. Stir in the sparkling water.
- Add several ice cubes to each glass. Pour the mocktail evenly between the glasses
- Garnish each with the citrus wedges and herbs. Serve immediately.
