Ingredients
- 75ml Florida Grapefruit juice
- 50ml gin
- 100ml Prosecco
- 25ml soda water (optional, for a lighter spritz)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice. A large wine glass or spritz glass works best.
- Pour in the gin & Florida Grapefruit juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Top with Prosecco. Slowly pour in the Prosecco to maintain the bubbles.
- If you prefer a lighter spritz, add a splash of soda.
Tips:
- For an extra citrusy twist, rim the glass with a little grapefruit zest before serving.
