- 3 oz. Florida Orange Juice
- Ice
- 1 oz. gin
- ½ oz. Aperol
- 2 oz. Prosecco
- Mint sprigs
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Florida Orange Juice, gin, and Aperol and shake vigorously for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Strain into a champagne flute or small rocks glass and top with Prosecco.
- Serve immediately with mint garnish.
