Miso Orange Salmon features a vibrant blend of Florida Orange Juice, sriracha, oyster sauce, and miso that turns tender salmon into a richly flavored dish. The glaze cooks down to a savory, slightly spicy finish that complements the natural richness of the fish. The result is a satisfying dish with a bold citrus note.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Florida Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup white miso
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated/finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 4 salmon filets, about 4 ounces each, skin removed

Instructions

  1. The night before cooking, combine all ingredients into a large bowl and whisk thoroughly.
  2. Place the salmon filets in a gallon-sized plastic bag and pour in the marinade.
  3. Mix thoroughly and let filets sit in the mixture overnight (at minimum 4 hours) with as little air as possible in the bag.
  4. Remove filets from bag and place 1 filet in the microwave for 80 seconds OR place filet in oven at 425°F for 4 minutes. Repeat for each filet.
