- 1½ ounces Florida Orange Juice
- 5 raspberries
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- ¾ ounce simple syrup*
- Ice
- Mocktail Option: Sparkling lemonade
- Alcoholic Option: Champagne
Garnish:
- Florida Orange twist
- Raspberry
Instructions
- Muddle raspberries in cocktail shaker; add Florida orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice.
- Shake and strain into champagne flute; top with chilled champagne (or sparkling lemonade). Garnish with Florida Orange twist and raspberry.
- Combine 1 cup sugar and ½ cup water in saucepan; heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool syrup completely and refrigerate in covered container for up to 1 month.
