- 1/2 cup Florida Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 (7 to 12-oz.) bag baked tortilla chips
- 1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.

- Add onion and ground turkey; sauté until light brown.

- Add garlic and sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cumin; stir to combine.
- Add Florida Orange Juice and simmer about 5 minutes until the liquid is almost gone and meat is thoroughly cooked.

- Place tortilla chips in a large, heatproof shallow dish or on a pizza pan.

- Distribute meat mixture over chips; sprinkle with both cheeses and the green onions.
