- ¼ cup Florida Orange Juice
- 2 cups sliced carrots (around ¾ lb.)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. ground ginger
- Fresh parsley and chives for garnish
Instructions

Steam carrots until tender.

In a saucepan, whisk together Florida Orange Juice, salt, ginger, cornstarch and honey.

Cover over medium heat, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens.

Pour sauce over steamed carrots. Serve topped with chives and parsley.
