Ingredients
- 1 cup Florida Orange Juice
- 2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. coarse salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients except parsley.
- Process until smooth, stopping and scraping the sides of the bowl several times. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
Serving Suggestion: Serve Citrus Hummus with pita chips and assorted fresh vegetables such as pea pods, baby carrots and miniature bell peppers.
