Florida Orange Juice Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Kick your day off with a glass of nutritious Florida Orange Juice and a bowl of hearty oatmeal. This easy to make slow cooker oatmeal recipe is perfect to make the night before and provides you with multiple mornings of breakfast that the whole family will enjoy.
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 cup steel cut oats
½ cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups milk
2 cups water
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1. Add oats, sugar, vanilla, milk, water and blueberries to slow cooker. Gently stir ingredients to combine.
2. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
3. After cooking, stir oatmeal well to combine ingredients.
4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle on top of each serving.
Fun Tip: Use a slow cooker liner or rub coconut oil on the bottom of the slow cooker to prevent sticking and burning.
