1. Peel and segment Florida Oranges.
2. Combine Florida Orange Juice, olive oil, mustard, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
3. Add Florida Orange slices, feta cheese, red onion and black beans and toss well.
4. Serve salad mixture over romaine lettuce leaves.
Note: If preparing in advance, refrigerate salad and bring to room temperature before serving.
