- 1 Florida Grapefruit
- 1 1/2 ounces white tea
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
- 40 ml raspberry syrup
- 60 ml pomegranate juice
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Cut a Florida Grapefruit in half. Cut 2 thin slices, then squeeze the rest of the fruit to get the juice. Set aside.
- Put the tea in a cup of boiling water to infuse and let it cool.
- In two glasses, place a slice of Florida Grapefruit against the vertical wall, then add the crushed ice to 3/4 of the glass.
- Pour 20 ml of raspberry syrup in each one, then 30 ml of pomegranate juice.
- Carefully pour 40 ml of grapefruit juice into each glass, then top up with the cooled tea.
- Put a slice of ginger and a sprig of rosemary in each glass. Serve immediately.
