Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 Florida Orange, cut in slices
- ½ cup mozzarella mini balls
- 1 pint mini tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic herb mix
- Flaky salt, to finish
Instructions
- Slice the orange into rounds or segments.
- Rinse and dry the mini tomatoes and basil leaves.
- Arrange the mini tomatoes, mozzarella mini balls, orange slices, and basil leaves on a serving platter or bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, orange juice, garlic, red pepper, and the garlic herb mix. Stir to combine.
- Spoon or drizzle the orange garlic oil over the salad. Sprinkle flaky salt over the top just before serving.
