Mix up your cocktail game with a Grapefruit Cobbler, featuring fresh Florida Grapefruit, sherry, and honey for a tangy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 Florida Grapefruit
  • 2 oz. Tio Pepe (Substitute any dry sherry)
  • 3/4 oz. honey syrup (3 parts Honey: 1 part Water)
  • Crushed ice
  • Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and segment Florida Grapefruit. Place 6 segments of Florida Grapefruit in a glass and lightly press to release the juice without breaking them up.
  2. Add sherry, honey and crushed ice. Use swizzle stick or spoon to mix ingredients, dilute, and chill until the outside of the glass is nice and frosty.
  3. Add more crushed ice and top with a fresh Florida Grapefruit segment and lots of freshly cracked pepper.
