Ingredients
- 1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese*
- 1/2 Florida Pink or Red Grapefruit, segmented and diced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped candied ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 2 teaspoons honey or 100% maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine ricotta, grapefruit, ginger and walnuts; spread on toast and top with honey.
