Florida Orange Juice Water Ice

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups Florida Orange Juice
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Rind of two Florida Oranges

Instructions

  1. Mix water and sugar together in a pan and boil for five minutes. Place in refrigerator to cool.
  2. Add in juice and rind to pan after it has cooled.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe bowl.
  4. Cover and freeze until semi-frozen but still at a mixable consistency.
  5. Remove from freezer. Then using an electric mixer, beat until blended.
  6. Cover and return to the freezer until solid.
