Ingredients
Savor the zest of Florida Grapefruit in this refreshing Ahi tuna poke bowl, marinated with soy and sesame for a vibrant meal.
- 3 Florida Grapefruits
- 1 lb. fresh Ahi tuna, cubed
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 avocados
- 3 scallions, sliced thin
Instructions
- Zest and segment Florida Grapefruit, set aside.
- Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil and 2 tbsp. of Florida Grapefruit zest. Combine with Ahi in a metal bowl.
- Add scallions, sesame seeds and toss. Cover and put in fridge to marinade for 1 hour.
- Cut avocado into segments. Remove marinade from fridge, toss with avocado and Florida Grapefruit segments.
Optional: Serve over rice.
