Florida Grapefruit Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients

Savor the zest of Florida Grapefruit in this refreshing Ahi tuna poke bowl, marinated with soy and sesame for a vibrant meal.

  • 3 Florida Grapefruits
  • 1 lb. fresh Ahi tuna, cubed
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 scallions, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Zest and segment Florida Grapefruit, set aside.
  2. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil and 2 tbsp. of Florida Grapefruit zest. Combine with Ahi in a metal bowl.
  3. Add scallions, sesame seeds and toss. Cover and put in fridge to marinade for 1 hour.
  4. Cut avocado into segments. Remove marinade from fridge, toss with avocado and Florida Grapefruit segments.

Optional: Serve over rice.
