Ingredients
- ½ Florida Grapefruit, chopped
- 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
Optional Ingredients:
- ¼ cup coconut chips
- 1 tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp. white chocolate bark, chopped
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
Instructions
- Fill a small Mason jar with alternating layers of chopped Florida Grapefruit and vanilla Greek yogurt.
- Add your favorite toppings, such as coconut chips, sliced almonds, white chocolate or maple syrup.
- Seal with the lid for a portable snack or quick breakfast.
