Ingredients
- 1 Florida Grapefruit
- 3 oz. vegetable oil
- Chili powder, to taste
- Cumin, to taste
Instructions
- Turn your oven’s broiler on high.
- Slice Florida Grapefruit in half.
- Drizzle the flesh of the Florida Grapefruit with vegetable oil, then sprinkle with chili powder and cumin to your taste.
- Place under broiler in oven-safe dish for 4-6 minutes or until flesh has browned and crisped.
- Serve immediately.
