Ingredients
- 1 burrata
- 3 Florida oranges, sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup watercress
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon orange zest, optional
- 4-6 slices prosciutto
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Peel and slice the oranges into rounds. Save a little juice.
- Place burrata on a serving dish. Arrange orange slices over or beside the burrata. Add prosciutto, watercress, and dill.
- Drizzle with olive oil and a little of the reserved orange juice. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, salt, pepper, and orange zest.
