1. Zest and segment Florida Grapefruit, set aside.
2. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil and 2 tbsp. of Florida Grapefruit zest. Combine with Ahi in a metal bowl.
3. Add scallions, sesame seeds and toss. Cover and put in fridge to marinade for 1 hour.
4. Cut avocado into segments 5. Remove marinade from fridge, toss with avocado and Florida Grapefruit segments.
Optional: Serve over rice.
