Pelican Pisco

Shake up a Pelican Pisco cocktail, muddling grapes with citrus juices and club soda for a refreshing drink with a twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Florida Grapefruit Juice
  • 6 Grapes, green or red
  • 1¼ oz Pisco
  • 1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 oz Club soda, chilled
  • Florida Grapefruit peel
  • Grapes

Preparation

1. In mixing glass, muddle grapes. Add remaining ingredients, except club soda. Add ice, shake and pour into highball glass. Top with chilled club soda. Garnish with Florida grapefruit peel twist and skewered grapes.
